A well known restaurant in NW DC called Lorial Plaza had it's liquor license suspended for selling liquor to a minor for two days. During day one of the suspension, so many customers walked out that the restaurant gave out coupons for free margaritas for use on another day. This seems like a violation of the suspension to me. Does anyone have know of any clarification on this law. I would love to see links if available.

Some stores have double coupons and triple coupons but I've noticed that some companies write on their coupons do not double.
For instance I have a coupon for 55cents off Finlandia Cheese over 6 ounces but it says "Do Not Double" but I wonder why since I would assume the second 55cents off in the doubling of the coupon is not their responsibility to pay the Grocery store back.
(Are they just being mean?)

My friend is a couponaholic and gets a TON of things for free at stores, shampoo, deodorant, soap, food, candy, you name it. She doesn't need these items, but she gets them anyway, and the turns around and sells them at a garage sale and uses the money for trips and such. Is this ethical? Legal?
