What do you think of people who split meals at restaurants and use two for one dinner coupons (Entertainment Book)?

I wonder if they are being laughed at behind their back for being such losers that they can not afford to go out to dinner. I know many of my women friends will not go out on a date with someone who takes them to a place and then pulls out a coupon for two meal for the price is one.

Are people who make all these efforts to save money while dates fools or genius?

I love Express, but I can only afford the clearance rack or a combination of sales and coupons. I hate getting the left-overs of the more wealthy. I usually don't like big department stores, but I do like H&M. Does someone have a suggestion of other stores i could try that are cheaper. Please don't suggest Target or Wallmart. I had a coupon for buy one sub, get one of equal or lesser value for free with the purchase of a 32 oz drink... i tried to get 2 subs, i ordered a cold cut one, and i tried to order a steak and cheese one... the lady told me i couldnt, it was only valid for cold cuts... no where in the fine print did it say that, then she pointed to a hand written sign saying that coupons can not be used on anything with steak, chicken or bacon... is this allowed? they can make their own rules?
